Globetrotting involves much more than just checking out interesting scenery and attractions. It’s about wining and dining too. On a recent trip, Metanoya Webb, founder of Globetrotting Stiletto, checked out the cuisine at Luxe City Center hotel in LA, taking in breathtaking panoramic views while sipping cocktails and enjoying tapas. Metanyoa gives a thumbs up to the local fare. They’ve got stiff margaritas and crunchy Tuna Tartare Tacos that leave diners craving more.
If you plan to stay the the Luxe City hotel, Metanoya suggests:
- Wonton Rock Shrimp served alongside dipping sauces are really good
- Margarita on the rocks with a salted brim is a classic drink that doesn’t disappoint
- At nightfall, it gets a bit chilly, not to worry though because an accent fire pit and individual heaters will warm you up
- The rooms are upscale minimalism. Think airy earth tones with handmade wooden accents sprinkled throughout, sleek electronics, double pillow-top beds and rainfall showers.
