Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live had host, Andy Cohen, sweating. Kandi Burruss and Quad Webb-Lunceford were on hand to talk about their respective episodes and Kandi let a few cats out of the Bravo bag.
While answering a viewer’s question about NeNe Leakes’ recently rekindled friendship with Kim Zolciak, she revealed that NeNe has a spin-off in the works, likely centered on her impending re-nuptials to ex husband, Greg Leakes. “I’m like cool…they had this love fest on the reunion…It’s cool…they have a lot of history. I guess we will see her on Nene’s Wedding show.” she says. Cohen quickly shot her a loaded glare that said, ‘Stop talking right now.”
She also gave details about her “Tardy For The Party” lawsuit against Kim Z, saying she was forced to file suit after repeated attempts by her record label to remove the song from iTunes were thwarted. “In order for me to have the song pulled down permanently, we would have to file suit against her,” she explained. “It wasn’t like I just wanted to say I am coming for money from you after all these years, I just wanted the song pulled down.”
She also reiterated her faith in her attorney and costar, Phaedra Parks, who is representing her in the case. “Don’t get it twisted, all that crap y’all have heard about Phaedra, she’s a great attorney, know that.”
Kandi also spilled some more reunion secrets when asked about Kordell Stewart’s surprise divorce filing. She revealed that Porsha Stewart spent lots of time defending her marriage and her hubby’s bad rap during the reunion. “I hate that that happened to her,” she says of the very public fallout.
