Daytime television is getting a much needed tan.
Joining Steve Harvey, Carla Hall on The Chew, Wendy Williams, Queen Latifah and the ladies of the View, daytime television is getting two new full-time shows. After a successful preliminary run, “The Real” is set to return to daytime television this fall on September 15. The show will air on local stations nationwide, with a rebroadcast in primetime on BET.
And our favorite good-girl actress KeKe Palmer is making her daytime debut. “Just KeKe”, from Telepictures, will air Monday through Friday during its initial four-week run. The show premieres Monday, June 30 at 5 P.M. ET/PT right before “106 & Park.” The show, which will air every weekday for a four week run this summer, will feature such topics as fashion, pop culture, social issues, celebrity interviews, “on the street” bits and undercover segments.
With its premiere, Keke will become the youngest daytime tv talk show host in the history of television, a huge feat!
Congrats to the ladies of the Real and to Keke!
