There’s a bit of trouble brewing for Toni Braxton.
When the singer reached deal in her bankruptcy, one of the terms was that she could buy back her catalog of songs for $20,000.
According to TMZ, Ross M. Klein doubled her bid and made off with some of her biggest hits including “You’re Making Me High” and “Always.”
The eager beaver beat out Braxton for 27 of her own tunes thanks to a loophole that said she could be outbid.
It looks like the Braxton Family Values star is making her return to music just in time to turn out some new hits. Let’s hope this time she can hang on to them!
